I closed my eyes and withheld my cries.
I cried all night, and now I regret our fight.
Love me back and bury all the lies;
I can't live without you for one more night.

He's my love, he's my prime;
He promised me to be forever mine.
But now he's gone; and I'm all alone
Curling up in the corner, feeling forlorn.

My heart feels empty, longing for him.
I lost happiness and his love for me.
Reality awakened me from this dream,
He's my only dream – my unfulfilled dream.

વાતો વાતો માં પૂછાય ગયું

મારા થી, શું તને નથી ખબર?

જેમ વાદળીયું આભ વરસ્યું,

તારા પ્રેમ માં મારૂં હૃદય ભીંજાયું.

તારી પાપણ ના એક પલકારા થી

મારૂં મન ઝૂમી ઉઠ્યું.

 

વાતો વાતો માં પૂછાય ગયું,

શું તને નથી ખબર?

સ્મિત છે તારૂં ઉગતો સુર્ય, અને

રૂપ છે તારો, જાણે

આથમતા સુરજ ની કિરણો.

 

મલમલ જેવો તારો સ્પર્શ,

કેશ તારા સુગંધિત ગુલાબ,

મંત્ર મુગ્ધ કરે એવી તારી છબી,

અને, સ્વભાવ માં છલકાય રૂઆબ.

 

સાંભળ્યું તે, તમન્ના?

જ્યારે મારા થી પૂછાય ગયું,

ત્યારે વધી હતી થોડી આશા, પણ

તારી એક મૃગજળ હસી થી,

બદલાઈ ગઈ આખી

મારા પ્રેમ ની પરિભાષા.

Holding me by my waist,

Teasing my lips with his,

He pushed me against the wall.

Filled with his aroma, his room

Felt warm and mellow.

 

Uncoiling my curls, and

Smelling my nape; his

Fingers slithered down

Under my dress.

 

Twitching my hands, he

Tied me to the window lattice.

Unbuttoning my shirt, and

Viciously snogging my bosom, he

Aroused my desires.

 

Lost in his succulent love,

I was enchanted, and

Closed my eyes.

Feeling safe and snug

In his arms, until

My reverie broke to find

Him on bed with

Another – her!

Thousands of miles apart,
Our love grew with no doubt;
Each beat of my heart,
Recites your name a loud.

With my eyes closed,
I dream about you;
Not all the paths but you, I chose,
You filled in me – a life new.

With a roar, my eyes cried,
My heart sank, my soul died,
In the end, my life dried,
To be with you, hard I tried.

Part of a dream,
I want it to come true;
Glimpse of a nightmare,
Stay away for I least care.

Our faith, our trust, our love,
Holding us together.
To grow old with you,
Is my only desire.
